We deal efficiently with the filing and prosecution of patent and trademark applications and oppositions, including negotiations settlements and replying to official actions, as well as renewal applications. We conduct trademark due diligence procedures. We are able to attend to the preparation, filing and prosecuting of patent and trademark cases in Liberia. We provide advice regarding general trademark matters, including opinion on registrability.

Foreign Investments
We counsel investors and multinational corporations in connection with their investments in Liberia, and provide guidance for other inward foreign investments.
